How do I reset my password?

Please go to https://www.bankvod.com/myaccount/ and select "I forgot my password".    Enter your BankVOD account number and your registered email address.  Then click "Submit".                                                                                                                                             

An email will be sent from Bankvod that includes a link to reset your passwork.
