Enrollment
This guide walks you through enrolling your institution as a Responder in the bankVOD platform. Complete each section in order to set up your account and begin receiving verification requests.

Step 1: Enter Institution Details
This section confirms your institution's regulatory status and creates your bankVOD system profile.
Enter the following information:
- Legal Name – Your institution's official legal name
- Regulator – Select your regulatory body from the dropdown menu
- Regulator ID – Your institution's regulatory identification number
- Main Office Address 1 – Primary street address
- Main Office Address 2 – Suite, building, or additional address information (if applicable)
- City/State/Zip – Complete mailing address details
- Website Address – Your institution's website URL
- Primary Phone Number – Main contact number for your institution
Step 2: Provide Billing Account Information
This information is used for processing any billing payments related to your bankVOD services.
Enter the following information:
- Federal Tax ID Number – Your institution's EIN or Tax ID
- Billing Contact Name – Full name of the billing contact person
- Billing Contact Title – Job title of the billing contact
- Billing Contact Email – Email address for billing correspondence
- Billing Address 1 – Street address for billing
- Billing Address 2 – Additional address information (if applicable)
- City/State/Zip – Complete billing address details
Step 3: Designate Business Line Executive Contact
This executive contact serves as the official representative for your institution's participation in bankVOD programs.
Enter the following information:
- Full Name – Executive's full name
- Title – Executive's job title
- Email – Executive's email address
- Phone – Executive's direct phone number
- LinkedIn Page – Executive's LinkedIn profile URL (optional)
Step 4: Designate Supervisor/Admin Contact
This individual will act as the administrator in the bankVOD platform and will handle authentication-related communications, workflow approvals, and manage additional users for your institution.
Enter the following information:
- Full Name – Administrator's full name
- Title – Administrator's job title
- Email – Administrator's email address
- Phone – Administrator's direct phone number
Step 5: Select Program Enrollment
Choose all bankVOD programs your institution would like to participate in. You may select multiple programs as applicable.
Select from the following categories:
Consumer:
- QC/Re-Verification
- Verification of Deposit
- Verification of Mortgage
Commercial:
- Audits
- Business Inquiries
- Verification of Mortgage
Government:
- HUD
- Immigration
- Medicaid/Medicare
- Social Security
Other:
- Account Closed
- Address Verification
- Consumer 6 Month w/Interest
- Custom
- No Account Located
- Routing Number
Step 6: Review Terms and Conditions
Review the bankVOD Terms and Conditions displayed on screen. The terms outline service provisions, modifications, and liability information.
Step 7: Accept and Submit
Complete the final steps:
- Check the box next to "I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS" – By checking this box, you also certify that the information provided above is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Enter the CAPTCHA code from the image into the text field
- Click "Accept and Submit" to complete your enrollment
Alternatively, you may click "Clear Form" to reset all fields.
