Accessing the Control Panel
After logging into bankVOD, you will be directed to the Control Panel homepage. This is your central hub for managing all bankVOD activities.
Manage Account Section
This section contains tools for managing your institutional account settings and configurations.
Manage Users
Add, edit, or remove users who have access to your institution's bankVOD account. Assign roles and permissions to control what each user can access.
Commission Reports
View and download commission reports showing your institution's earnings from completed verification requests.
PDF Password
Set or update the password protection for PDF documents generated through the bankVOD system.
BSI Data Center
Access the BSI (Bank Secrecy Information) Data Center for compliance and regulatory reporting functions.
KYC Analytics
Review Know Your Customer (KYC) analytics and reporting data related to verification requests processed through your institution.
Manage Orders Section
This section provides tools for searching, reviewing, and responding to verification orders.
Search Orders
Search for specific verification requests using various filters such as date range, request type, status, or account information.
Review Responses
View and manage your institution's responses to verification requests. Track completed verifications and review submission history.
Additional Functions
Update Password
Click the "Update Password" link in the upper right corner to change your personal login password for security purposes.
Demo Bank Home
Return to the main dashboard or home screen by clicking the "Demo Bank Home" link in the upper right corner.
Logout
Securely log out of your bankVOD session by clicking the "Logout" button in the upper right corner.
